This Just Might Be... the Truth è il primo album in studio del gruppo musicale svedese Refused, pubblicato nel 1994 dalla Startrec.

Il disco si compone di dodici brani tipicamente hardcore, con riff pesanti di chitarra e un cantato prevalentemente in screaming, oltre a testi fortemente politicizzati.^[1]

Nel 2025 l'album è stato ripubblicato in tiratura limitata a 300 copie e con l'aggiunta di un secondo LP contenente l'intero demo registrato il 6 ottobre 1993 e mai distribuito in precedenza.^[2]
