@Paleorthodox: I am on a tax season hiatus and can't access my admin account at the moment, but your block is as a result of a community noticeboard discussion, so you will need to prepare an appeal and post it to the administrators' noticeboard anyway. Please see the guide to appealing blocks for instructions and useful advice. Be aware that the Wikipedia community has recently taken a much more harsh position against LLM editing, banning it outright in most situations. As the discussion was never resolved, could you please advise on the appropriate next step - whether to request a formal close or to start a new RfC referencing the archived one?
