Disclosure: I work in the online child safety space and am not proposing edits to promote or critique any one company. After looking at the sources cited, it appears that “student monitoring software” covers multiple approaches that aren’t currently distinguished in the article. I’d like to suggest adding neutral definitions or a brief taxonomy to better reflect those differences, using only independent sources.
