False information

Who said that this small piece of land has been transferred to Hong Kong by Mainland China? I couldn't find any source on the Internet to back it up. It is an unsourced claim. Furthermore, I have checked both Google Maps and Baidu Maps, both maps are showing this plot of land as a part of Mainland China, within the administrative boundary of Futian District, Shenzhen.
