According to the German wiki article, restaurant has had no tenant since 1994 and observation platform has been closed since 1999. Though, there is no source for that section. 82.141.118.88 (talk) 20:18, 13 June 2013 (UTC)[reply]

The page [1] supports the 94 and 99 dates. I assume WDR is a reliable news source. Those dates contradict this English version of the article which says 1992 for both closing, with no citation.
